Quick note

With winter months come snow boots! I love that! One aspect I need a little help with is just reminding our little ones to bring proper shoes the days of Wellness class!

THANKS,

Mr. Boria

Surprise guest..

The students love when myself or another teacher takes part in our activities. We were lucky enough to have Mr. Gugino in today showing the students his "skills" in a floor hockey game!

Floor Hockey

Today was one of our first lessons on floor hockey. This is one of my favorite units! Floor hockey helps so much with hand-eye coordination and team work.  Below is our quick warm up where students control a "puck" between cones and open space!

Hope everyone is having a great January!

Cool down games

After a class where the students worked extremely hard, it's beneficial to give them a nice little cool down game! This helps them gather their thought and collect their breath! As you see here the students of Mr. Gugino's 4th grade class are playing Night at the Museum, a tag game!

Lord of the Rings

A favorite game among the students is Lord of the Rings! Lord of the Rings is a great game that uses strategy and teamwork! This is Mrs. Tomaiolo's 5th grade class!

Sad, sad day

I am a huge Oregon Ducks fan but professionally, I am a Buffalo Bills fan. No idea why, just have grown up my whole life as a bills fan! After years of pain and torture I thought the bills had a chance this year. I opened my big mouth and made a bet with Mr. Willis. The Bills would beat the Patriots (this was regarding the first regular season game). Unfortunately, I lost. The bet was the loser would wear the other teams jersey.. As you can see I am not extremely happy about it, but hey, I'm a man of my word.. GO BILLS
